The first 20 questions are not intended to predict pass or fail on the official exam. They are an initial experiment to measure how much can be understood with almost no prior study of applied information technology.
The set mixes questions that are difficult without knowing terms such as DHCP, HTTPS, SPOF, and incremental backup with questions where reasoning can lead toward the answer, such as AND, processing time, search, and recall. The aim is to observe whether knowledge or reasoning is the larger barrier.
12 correct out of 20, or 60%. However, this 60% should not be treated as a predicted score on the official exam. What matters in this diagnostic set is how the mistakes were made.
The biggest weakness is technical terminology. On the other hand, there were correct answers when organizing conditions, calculating numbers, and inferring how systems work. The learning sequence will therefore be: Intuition → Question → Inference → Check the Answer → Formal Term → Understanding.
